Our Tabby Road brand represents the journey of early coastal settlers who used simple, high quality ingredients to create Oyster Tabby structures. We took this idea of using simple, high quality ingredients that when expertly crafted create something unique and distinct. For our Single Barrel release, we hand selected our barrels, aged just short of 7 years, that we are releasing in 105.5 proof and 117 proof. Our Single Barrel Bourbons are very rich in flavor with a slight sweet taste on the palate and a buttery, caramel lasting finish and is great to drink neat, on the rocks, or even with a splash of water.
